I have been in the real estate business since March of 2005. I’m proud to say that I have earned the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). This designation requires a combination of both experience and classroom work. Only 4% of National Association of Realtor members earn this designation in their careers. I am additionally designated as a GRI(Graduate Realtor Institute), SRES(Senior Real Estate Specialist), and CNE(Certified Negotiations Expert).
Prior to real estate I was the Physical Security Manager for Pacific Northwest Bank which followed a 22-year career in the US Navy from which I retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer.
You should work with me because I never think of real estate as a sales job. I am not a salesman. My objective is to bring a buyer and a seller together. Occasionally I may sound like a salesman but only when I want to point out a significant fact my client may have missed. Here is a promise you can rely on.
